Student Motivation
Hello Students, Welcome
I’m here to talk about the nowadays Student
of the universities.
Motivations
behind this speech!!!
Our
Graduates need motivation for study not the good professors or a great
University or we can say that the great education systems for which our
political leaders works on. I can prove my point of view.
you know in allot of universities which
have very good ranking on their province. The students of these universities
are busy in taking drugs rather than improving their career or in their study.
There is no problem in the university, professors or in education system the
problem is in the student’s thoughts, their goals and in their interests. So we
should works on improving their thoughts level rather than criticizing the
system which is not that important. Our students needs Motivators not just a
professor who is only good in his particular subject. You need to develop the
motivator.
Education means learning “how to think”. If
you are studying Electrical engineering then its means you are improving the
thinking on electrical engineering. If you are studying psychology then
basically you are learning how to think like psychologist. So the point is learning is all about improving
thinking in the particular field or interest.if you have got the degree but you
don’t know how to think then its bulshit that you miss the very important
requirment with degree which is think how to go beyound today’s books or
theories which you ever study . if you still don’t go for creative thinking you
fail to success basically You become theta(we call them as rata baz).
Students take admission for getting their bachelor’s
degrees or making their future more shine more successful. But when they come
in university they forget the goal for which they take admission. Their action
does not follow their goals. So
Where
is the problem?
Infect my whole speech is surrounding this
question and I try to answer this question in all possible ways.
Every person situation is different because
their thought level is different. All humans are different not just physically
but also in their thoughts. So the Mind is the only thing which leads a man to
think. Our mind structure is different so we are different. As we are different
with each other so our Goal, our Desires, and our thinking strategies all these
things are contradictory with each other. Because of this huge contrast our
problems are different. Giving the answer of all type of minds is not just
difficult but it’s impossible.
First
see is your Goal is define or not.
The problem should be in defining Goals. If
you define it clearly you will open the door of success. You can say that defining
the goal is the same as the Key for lock. You don’t open the lock without
having the Key for the particular lock. As every lock has different Keys so every
success have different door. Basically a success is different as human minds
are different in nature.
Mark Zuckerberg the inventor of facebook
said that “Purpose is that feeling that you are a part of something bigger than
yourself.Purpose is what creates true happiness”.
The moment you defined your goal clearly
and precisely your brain works to think about the ways for which you achieve
the goal. Its naturally occurring event. And remember the goals should meet
your personality requirements or your thought process.
You have to careful while defining the
goals. If you define wrong goals means the goals that can harm your personality,
your parents will then your mind is go for finding the ways to achieve these
wrong goals.
So be careful in identifying the Goals.
So, what’s are the wrong goals which is
most commonly students go for them
Think about that I‘ll talk about it in a
short a while.
Now
go for the next thing which is important is that find and make the strategies
for achieving your goals.
Open your mind and eyes and see how people
who had the same goal and now he’s become successful men. Study their life and
meet him if possible. Look for what’s the strategy which leads him the successful
person. Follow them as you did your boy
or girl friends or your favorite personalities. Makes the plan how you can
achieve the goals.
Next
step is Monitoring progress:
It’s very important point as far as
planning or strategy is concerned. Plan leads you to improve if it follows
carefully. Don’t following the plan is worst then just going without plan. So
if you make plan then you have to follow it carefully and monitor it.
The Question arises why students fail to
follow and monitor the progress of their goals?
Just because of wrong sub goals which you
make in order to feel him more enjoyable. These sub goals which influece your
purpose is made up unconciously. But you don’t get rid of them.
Now the time arises to answer this question
That what are the wrong goals which are
most commonly students go for them?
Answer to this question is that most common
wrong goal which every student face in this age is “How to purpose the girl/boy”. There are many other question which
leads to think your brain beyond your goals. This is because we want a peaceful
situation we naturally listen the heart not the mind. Heart is think what’s
make us happy. This type of question badly influences our goals and our
strategies by giving us a short pleasure. We spent very valuable time for
thinking about and talking to our boyfriends or girl friend but we don’t think what
we are going to do why we are here. Why Allah born us. We spend our most
valuable time for the short pleasure.
This question asks by the heart to the mind
and then mind works on thinking about this stupid question.
Now I use these stupid questions to monitor the
progress of your Goals. Everything in the world are for some purpose rather
negative or a positive. Everything depends upon you how you take it and how you
deal it.
You are in very high maturity level if you
get rid of these types of question (the questions who give you the short time
pleasure and get lose your permanent pleasure). You have to use this question
for monitoring your goals. Because these Questions are the barrier against our
success we have to use them as a step for climbing and makes you a successful
person.
Although these question are natural process
but as long as your goal going to strong then your feelings about this question
die and you defeat your heart thinking. Remember this question is asked by the
heart.
We can monitor our maturity progress level
by seeing how much this question is going to weak.
As a student’s you have to see the progress
level in each semester. Are you going in the right direction as you want or you
going to fail to achieve your goals? I
hope you will be successful in their goals for which you take admission in this
university.
Thanks for giving me the most valuable time
good bye…..
Regards!

How to Study effectively (tips and tricks)
Study Effectively
Tips and Tricks:
hello students, Are you don't want to be fail. if your answer is yes then just read the whole my post and get motivation and tips how to study effectively So lets startDefining the Clear Goal:
If you wanna study effectively then you have to be good goal chooser. Define the clear ideal goal is very important before start studying. All of us makes the mistake in this regard as we start study without setting any goal. This is the big reason why i fail to study effectively. If you wanna study hard and effectively you have to make clear ideal goal. Here i use the word ideal because the goals which are not ideal is just the wastage of time. you get shock to heard this but its reality. Makes the goal which you can imagine easily rather then make such goal which can't visualize. This is because when you make the goal which you can't visualize then you can't take any action on such goals so its important to make ideal goals.Makes the goals which is possible:
Most of us makes that mistake. firstly we don't make any goal and if by mistake the goal is set by us that goal is not possible. Not possible within giving time, cost or within giving resources.
Now question is why we make such goals which is not possible.
The reason is that we make such a big goals which is of course is not possible because its beyond our resources. You have to make the goals which is very small as much small as you can don easily to get don and enjoy as well.
Plan your study:
after making the goal which you can don within giving resources that you have at that particular time
The next thing is Plan your study. Planing is very important for achieving the high quality goals. As i said earlier that makes small goals These were the sub goals that is made by focusing on Higher goals. These sub goals can be implemented at the same time when i make it. but Higher goals required planing. Plan you work So that its don in time with very less effort and within less time and losing less cost. Makes the plan for every exam session. Divide your syllabus as much as you can in many days as you have before your exam start.
Monitoring Progress
"Without monitoring the plan is worst then just go without plan" This phrase tells us if you don't monitor your plan then you have to just study without making plan because the time you spent in making plan which you could not track is wasted. So keep in mind after making plan you have to monitor the plan. Check your plan progress daily. See are you going in the right way to get success Or you are going to fall.
Develop your own technique to Study
Whether you are student or you work in an organization if you learned how to develop your own style to study. Remember we learn in our whole life not just in school or in university. You need to learn the job when you go first time. Also we need to learn many things regardless of study of schools, colleges or universities. So its very important to develop your own techniques or style to study. An now as student you have to develop this because its the need of your today and also you future.
Developing the own technique is not very tricky task. its the thing which we all have been doing for many years infect from childhood. when your teacher give you some stuff to remember then how you remember that information. This is your style of learning.
There are also standard techniques available for us that how to remember wide amount of information in a very short time. In this article. If you are interested learn these standard techniques then just follow my blog when i post this article you will get notification by email.
i hope this article will be very helpful to all of you. If it is then share it with your friends on Facebook, twitor etc by clicking on the logos just bellow this article!!!.

precedence of css rules
How CSS Rules Cascade
If there are two or more rules that apply to the same element,
it is important to understand which will take precedence.
LAST RULE
If the two selectors are identical, the latter of the two will
take
precedence. Here you can see the second i selector takes precedence
over the first.
SPEC IFICITY
If one selector is more specific than the others, the more
specific rule will take precedence over more general ones.
Example.html
<h1>Potatoes</h1>
<p id="intro">There are <i>dozens</i> of different
<b>potato</b> varieties.</p>
<p>They are usually described as early, second early
and maincrop potatoes.</p>
CSS file
* {
font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif;}
h1 {
font-family: "Courier New",
monospace;}
i {
color: green;}
i {
color: red;}
b {
color: pink;}
p b {
color: blue !important;}
p b {
color: violet;}
p#intro {
font-size: 100%;}
p {
font-size: 75%;}
In
this example: h1
is more
specific than *
p b is
more specific than p p#intro is more specific than p
IMPORTANT
You can add !important after any property value to indicate
that it should be considered more
important than other rules that apply to the same element.
Understanding how CSS rules cascade means
you can write simpler style sheets because you can create generic rules that
apply to most elements and then override the properties on individual elements
that need to appear differently.
CSS selectors
CSS Selectors
There are many different types of CSS selector that allow you to target
rules to specific elements in an HTML document. The table on the opposite page introduces
the most commonly used CSS selectors.
On this page, there is an HTML file to demonstrate which elements
these CSS selectors would apply to. CSS selectors are case sensitive, so they
must match element names and attribute values exactly.
There are some more advanced selectors which allow you to select
elements based on attributes and their values. IE 7 was the first version of IE to support
the last two selectors in the table (the sibling selectors), so their use is
less common than the other selectors shown here

p.note { }
Targets only <p> elements whose class
attribute has value of note
|

another
|
li>a { }
Targets any <a > elements that are
children of an <li> element (but not other <a> elements in the
page)
|
Descendant Selector
|
Matches an element that is a descendent of
another specified element ( not just a direct child of that element)
|
P a { }
Targets any <a> elements that sit inside a
<p> element, even if there are other elements nested between them
|
Adjacent sibling selector
|
Matches an element that is the next sibling of
another
|
h1+p { }
Target the first <p> element after any
<h1> element( but not other <p> elements)
|
General sibling selector
|
Matches an element that is a sibling of another,
although it does not have to be the directly preceding element
|
h1~p { }
if you had two <p> elements that are
siblings of an <h1> element, this rule would apply to both
|
write css in HTML file
Using Internal CSS
<style>
You can also include CSS rules within an HTML page by placing them
inside a <style> element,
which usually sits inside the <head> element
of the page. The <style> element should use the type attribute to indicate that the styles are specified in CSS. The
value should be text/css.
When building a site with more than one page, you should use an
external CSS style sheet. This:
·
Allows all pages to use the same
style rules (rather than repeating them in each page).
·
Keeps the content separate from
how the page looks.
·
Means you can change the styles
used across all pages by altering just one file (rather than each individual page).
In HTML 4 and Transitional XHTML, you could also use a style attribute on most of the elements that appear in the body of a
page. The CSS rules that appeared within the value of the attribute would only
apply to that one element. You should avoid using this attribute in any new
site but I mention it here
Because you may see it used in older code. Here is an example that
changes the color of the text in a single paragraph red: <p style="color:red;">
Example.html file
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<title>Using Internal CSS</title>
<style type="text/css">
body {
font-family: arial;
background-color: rgb(185,179,175);}
h1 {
color: rgb(255,255,255);}
</style>
</head>
<body>
<h1>Potatoes</h1>
<p>There are dozens of different potato
varieties. They are usually described as
early, second early and maincrop.</p>
</body>
</html>
how to link external css file with html
Using External CSS
<link>
The <link> element can be used in an HTML document to tell
the browser where to find the CSS file used to style the page. It is an empty
element (meaning it does not need a closing tag), and it lives inside the <head> element. It should use three attributes:
href
This specifies the path to the CSS file (which is often placed in a
folder called css or styles).
type
This attribute specifies the type of document being linked to. The
value should be text/css.
rel
This specifies the relationship between the HTML page and the file
it is linked to. The value should be stylesheet when
linking to a CSS file. An HTML page can use more than
one CSS style sheet. To do this it could have a <link> element for every CSS file it uses. For example, some authors use one CSS file to control
the presentation (such as fonts and colors) and a second to control the layout.
Example.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<title>Using External CSS</title>
<link href="css/styles.css"
type="text/css"
rel="stylesheet" />
</head>
<body>
<h1>Potatoes</h1>
<p>There are dozens of different potato
varieties. They are usually described as
early, second early and maincrop.</p>
</body>
</html>
Style.css
file
body {
font-family: arial;
background-color: rgb(185,179,175);
}
h1 {
color: rgb(255,255,255);
}
